Boutique 2024
In 2024, Vans launched its new boutique store concept in the Asia Pacific region—a scalable pilot shaping the future of Vans' elevated retail. This concept highlights the brand’s most pinnacle and aspirational products, with a special focus on the re-launch of the cult classic, OTW.
To create distinction from Vans' 2017 boutique stores, we introduced a fresh material palette, a new visual merchandising strategy, and collaborated with localized artists deeply connected to Vans' culture.
